反歧视及反骚扰政策

爱普科技致力于提供一个安全多元的职场环境, 明确宣示对各种职场不法侵害采取「零容忍」原则,禁止任何于工作场所之歧视或骚扰行为。为确保所有员工均能得到应有的尊重与平等对待,特订定本公司反歧视及反骚扰政策(以下称「本政策」),并设有申诉管道及「性骚扰防治措施、申诉及惩戒办法」。

內容



一、 禁止歧视行为:

1. 本公司对于任何形式之歧视均采取零容忍政策。

2. 本公司重视多元共融的职场价值,并严守平等对待及就业平等,禁止因出生地、人种、肤色、年龄、性别、性倾向、性别认同及表达、种族、阶级、国籍、残疾、疾病史、怀孕、语言、思想、宗教、信仰、党派、政治立场、团体背景、退伍军人身份、受保护的基因信息、婚姻状况,或容貌、五官等个人特征等,于招聘或实际工作中歧视员工,或藉此影响其工资、晋升、奖励和受训机会等。



二、 禁止骚扰行为:

1. 本公司承诺提供免受骚扰的职场环境,对于任何形式的职场上骚扰行为均采取零容忍政策。

2. 骚扰行为有各种不同的形式,包含但不限于:

(1) 性骚扰:符合「性别平等工作法」、「性骚扰防治法」所称之性骚扰行为。

(2) 跟踪骚扰:指以人员、车辆、工具、设备、电子通讯、因特网或其他方法,于工作场所,对特定人反复或持续为违反其意愿且与性或性别有关,使之心生畏怖,足以影响其日常生活或社会活动之行为。

(3) 其他骚扰:身体骚扰、暴力骚扰、心理骚扰、言语骚扰、虐待行为…等暴力、威胁、欺凌、霸凌或恐吓…等之行为。


管理方针



1. 倡导与教育训练:利用会议、电子邮件或内部公告等各种方式向员工倡导及传达本政策,规划反歧视与反骚扰训练课程,定期举办教育训练课程,确保员工理解并遵守本政策。113年针对同仁实施相关训练,总时数为221小时,共计221位同仁完成训练,占全体同仁总人数的100 %。



2. 申诉管道:建构完整的员工反映及申诉管道,同时致力保护申诉者安全,若有发现任何违反、疑似违反或可能导致违反本政策之情事,任何人可透过员工反映及申诉程序举报。



3. 调查、纠正与补救机制:若有违反本政策之行为,公司将基于事件型态启动调查机制,将采取适当措施以纠正违规行为,在必要情形下,本公司将于法令及内部管理范围内,依违规情节施以处分,以排除该歧视或骚扰等行为;必要时与相关利害关系人合作,防止事件再次发生。依据申诉人之生理及心理状态,除进行适当之辅导及关怀措施外,并于必要时转介外部辅导或医疗机构提供专业协助。
