爱普科技的IoT RAM存储方案,是借由增加内存容量,来提升产品应用效能的最佳选择。基于拥有丰富功能、超低功耗的Apollo 4平台开发,爱普科技的内存解决方案,以LPC(QSPI协议为6引脚,OPI协议为11引脚)、低功耗(待机状态下为20至80微安,系统运作状态下为3至8毫安)、高传输速率的多项特点,满足了原先受制于功耗、尺寸的穿戴等消费类移动产品的性能需求。整合爱普科技与Ambiq解决方案的多项大型消费类产品研发项目,正紧锣密鼓地进行着,这正是双方强强联合后带来巨大技术优势的最佳应证。
