爱普科技推出全新超高速512Mb UHS PSRAM及超低功耗32Mb ULS PSRAM

爱普科技今日宣布推出全新512Mb UHS(Ultra High Speed)系列产品AP351216C/AP351208和32Mb ULS(Ultra Low Swing)系列产品AP43208B。

全球客制化存储器解决方案设计公司-爱普科技今日宣布,推出全新512Mb UHS(Ultra High Speed)系列产品AP351216C/AP351208和32Mb ULS(Ultra Low Swing)系列产品AP43208B。除了将UHS产品线容量进一步扩充至512Mb外,更推出业界首颗超低功耗32Mb ULS产品。爱普新推出的UHS/ULS产品能满足新一代边缘运算、智能居家、智能穿戴设备、5G通讯、显示器时序控制(T-CON)等高速应用的大容量及超低功耗存储器需求。



爱普科技为首家推出UHS/ULS PSRAM的存储器厂商,UHS/ULS系列产品能提供比传统PSRAM及DRAM更为进阶的存储器选择,其高传输率(带宽较传统PSRAM高五倍)、低功耗(功耗仅传统DRAM的1/3)及低引脚数(引脚数为传统DRAM的1/3)的特性,能协助提升产品性能、简化设计且满足空间限制的要求。



在最高工作频率1066Mhz运行下,UHS产品的功耗低至62mW,相比于LPDRAM可节省约40%功耗,可显著提升穿戴设备的续航时间。此外,新发布的ULS产品使用较传统PSRAM更低的 I/O电压,进一步降低产品功耗,使ULS成为超低功耗存储器的新选项。另一方面,随着主芯片制程工艺的演进,主芯片的I/O电压正逐步降低,UHS/ULS产品无须通过电压转换器即可与主芯片连接的特性,搭配其低引脚数的设计,可降低设计复杂性及成本。



UHS产品系列中容量64Mb至512Mb的产品及ULS 32Mb产品,皆支持商规(-25°C ~85°C)及工规(-40°C ~105°C)的良品裸晶圆(KGD,Known-Good-Die),并可根据客户需求,提供客制化的RDL和WLCSP封装,将产品应用于元件、模组、系统等不同层级的终端产品上。
