爱普科技与新思科技联手推出可扩展IoT RAM(QSPI, OPI & HPI PSRAM)存储器解决方案

爱普科技与新思科技携手协作,一同为下一世代的IoT应用及IoT装置推出更优化、可扩展的IOTRAM记忆体解决方案。

爱普科技股份有限公司(爱普科技,台湾股票代号:6531)是世界领先的存储器供应商,其产品线包括超低功耗(ultra-low power)及低引脚数(low pin count)的虚拟静态随机存取存储器(PSRAM)(IoT RAM)以及小容量(low density)的低功耗动态随机存取存储器(LPDRAM)。近期,爱普更在AI边缘计算及物联网应用领域中,成为新兴供应商并提供相关的存储器解决方案。爱普科技与新思科技携手合作,共同为下一世代的IoT应用及IoT设备推出更优化、可扩展的IoT RAM存储器解决方案。此解决方案可在爱普科技的IoT RAM产品与新思科技的DesignWare® Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI) IP的整合中,实现验证的互操作性(interoperability)。新思科技的DesignWare IP产品组合,可支持应用于IoT及移动设备等应用的存储器,使其具备高带宽、低迟延的优良性能。爱普科技与新思科技将于未来的合作中持续优化设计,提供市场更低功耗、低引脚数的存储器解决方案,例如1.2V I/O IoT RAM (OPI and HPI),以及AIoT RAM (15pins – 2.1GB/s)。针对AI边缘计算场景及应用,爱普科技的AIoT RAM可在支持IoT RAM的低引脚数规格的基础上,提供更高带宽(约五倍的带宽)和更低功率的性能优势。



建立在爱普科技PSRAM产品的各种优势特征基础上,爱普科技的IoT RAM产品也提供了低引脚数、低功耗以及高带宽等多种规格的选择,可满足物联网和移动设备对功耗和芯片尺寸的需求。新思科技的DesignWare SSI IP将使设计者与开发者能够在最大程度发挥爱普科技IoT RAM产品线的性能潜力。爱普科技的可扩展IoT RAM产品线,其规格选择包含从QSPI (6~7 pins – 72MB/s~166MB/s)到业界熟悉的OPI (11 pins – 500MB/s),直至最先进的HPI (20pins – 1GB/s) PSRAMs。
