关于 LPDDR

爱普科技的LPDDR是根据JEDEC标准规范开发的产品线,提供LPDDR2、LPDDR3等产品。这些低功耗动态随机存取记忆体(LPDDR)系列产品适用于物联网(IoT)和人工智慧(AI)等应用领域。


主要特性

  • 低功耗:与标准DRAM 相比,LPDDR藉由部分区域自行刷新(PASR, Partial Array Sel-Refresh)、自动温度补偿(ATCSR)、深度睡眠模式(Deep Power Down)等特定功能, 产品的功耗可以显著降低,延长产品电池寿命。
  • 小尺寸:相较于标准DRAM,LPDDR 的模组尺寸更小,非常适用于空间有限的智慧型手机、平板电脑。
  • 宽温度范围支援:LPDDR 可以支援 -40°C 至 105°C 的温度。
