IoTRAMTM 中的Low Voltage OPI/HPI系列是PSRAM系列产品之一，PSRAM本身拥有双电压(1.8v/1.2v)设计，相对于单电压1.8V OPI/HPI PSRAM，1.2V核心电压与I/O电压能够大幅降低：
(1)56%与SOC 传输资料所产生的功耗
(2)>30%使用PSRAM本身产生的功耗
