    关于 SPI/QSPI

    IoTRAMTM 中的 QSPI(Quad Serial Peripheral Interface) PSRAM产品，拥有兼容QSPI flash的协定，使用者仅需修改软体就可替换使用。除了低引脚数的特性，产品拥有通用的SPI序列式接口介面，可让使用者自由选择SPI 单线I/O输出入或是Quad-I/O SPI四线输出入模式来提供更高的效能。
