AP Memory today announced that Mr. Michael Tsai has resigned from his position of Chairman. The Board of Directors of AP Memory elected Dr. Wen Chen, President of AP Memory, as the successor on the same day.

Hsinchu, Taiwan, March 4th, 2021, – AP Memory (TWSE: 6531) today announced that Mr. Michael Tsai has resigned from his position of Chairman. The Board of Directors of AP Memory elected Dr. Wen Chen, President of AP Memory, as the successor on the same day.



Under the leadership of Mr. Tsai, AP Memory continued to expand its operation and increase profitability steadily. However, Mr. Tsai has to resign regrettably due to his personal busy schedule and traveling. On behalf of AP Memory, Dr. Wen Chen expressed his gratitude to Mr. Tsai’s leadership in the past. AP Memory will continue to focus on the development of customized memory products and licensing of design services to improve operational and financial performance.
