Introduction

About OPI_LV/HPI_LV

The Low Voltage OPI/HPI series is part of the PSRAM product line. This PSRAM series offers a dual voltage (1.8V/1.2V) design. Compared to single voltage 1.8V OPI/HPI PSRAM, the 1.2V core voltage and I/O voltage reduces:

(1) power consumption during data transmission between PSRAM and the SoC by 56%

(2) power consumption from the PSRAM itself by over 30%

Key Features

Low pin count: simplifies design of system device to reduce system costs

Low power consumption:

  • 1.2V core and I/O voltage design effectively reduces power usage
  • Ultra low power mode extends standby time of system device, reducing the need for battery replacement or charging frequency
