About SPI/QSPI

The QSPI (Quad Serial Peripheral Interface) PSRAM products in the IoTRAMTM series are compatible with the QSPI flash protocol, allowing users to replace flash with minimal software modifications. In addition to the low pin-count feature, these QSPI PSRAM products have a general SPI serial interface, enabling users to choose either SPI I/O in general or Quad-I/O SPI for enhanced performance.
