反歧視及反騷擾政策

愛普科技致力於提供一個安全多元的職場環境,明確宣示對各種職場不法侵害採取「零容忍」原則,禁止任何於工作場所之歧視或騷擾行為。為確保所有員工均能得到應有的尊重與平等對待,特訂定本公司反歧視及反騷擾政策(以下稱「本政策」),並設有申訴管道及「性騷擾防治措施、申訴及懲戒辦法」。

內容



一、 禁止歧視行為:

1. 本公司對於任何形式之歧視均採取零容忍政策。


2. 本公司重視多元共融的職場價值,並嚴守平等對待及就業平等,禁止因出生地、人種、膚色、年齡、性別、性傾向、性別認同及表達、種族、階級、國籍、殘疾、疾病史、懷孕、語言、思想、宗教、信仰、黨派、政治立場、團體背景、退伍軍人身份、受保護的基因資訊、婚姻狀況,或容貌、五官等個人特徵等,於招聘或實際工作中歧視員工,或藉此影響其工資、晉升、獎勵和受訓機會等。



二、 禁止騷擾行為:

1. 本公司承諾提供免受騷擾的職場環境,對於任何形式的職場上騷擾行為均採取零容忍政策。

2. 騷擾行為有各種不同的形式,包含但不限於:

(1) 性騷擾:符合「性別平等工作法」、「性騷擾防治法」所稱之性騷擾行為。

(2) 跟蹤騷擾:指以人員、車輛、工具、設備、電子通訊、網際網路或其他方法,於工作場所,對特定人反覆或持續為違反其意願且與性或性別有關,使之心生畏怖,足以影響其日常生活或社會活動之行為。

(3) 其他騷擾:身體騷擾、暴力騷擾、心理騷擾、言語騷擾、虐待行為…等暴力、威脅、欺凌、霸凌或恐嚇…等之行為。


管理方針



1. 宣導與教育訓練:利用會議、電子郵件或內部公告等各種方式向員工宣導及傳達本政策,規劃反歧視與反騷擾訓練課程,定期舉辦教育訓練課程,確保員工理解並遵守本政策。113年針對同仁實施相關訓練,總時數為221小時,共計221位同仁完成訓練,占全體同仁總人數的100 %。



2. 申訴管道:建構完整的員工反映及申訴管道,同時致力保護申訴者安全,若有發現任何違反、疑似違反或可能導致違反本政策之情事,任何人可透過員工反映及申訴程序舉報。



3. 調查、糾正與補救機制:若有違反本政策之行為,公司將基於事件型態啟動調查機制,將採取適當措施以糾正違規行為,在必要情形下,本公司將於法令及內部管理範圍內,依違規情節施以處分,以排除該歧視或騷擾等行為;必要時與相關利害關係人合作,防止事件再次發生。依據申訴人之生理及心理狀態,除進行適當之輔導及關懷措施外,並於必要時轉介外部輔導或醫療機構提供專業協助。
