愛普科技推出全新超高速512Mb UHS PSRAM及超低功耗32Mb ULS PSRAM

愛普科技推出全新512Mb UHS(Ultra High Speed)系列產品AP351216C/AP351208和32Mb ULS(Ultra Low Swing)系列產品AP43208B。

全球客製化記憶體解決方案設計公司-愛普科技今日宣布,推出全新512Mb UHS(Ultra High Speed)系列產品AP351216C/AP351208和32Mb ULS(Ultra Low Swing)系列產品AP43208B。除了將UHS產品線容量進一步擴充至512Mb外,更推出業界首顆超低功耗32Mb ULS產品。愛普新推出的UHS/ULS產品能滿足新一代邊緣運算、智能居家、智慧穿戴裝置、5G通訊、顯示器時序控制(T-CON)等高速應用之大容量及超低功耗記憶體需求。



愛普科技為首家推出UHS/ULS PSRAM的記憶體廠商,UHS/ULS系列產品能提供比傳統PSRAM及DRAM更為進階的記憶體選擇,其高傳輸率(頻寬較傳統PSRAM高五倍)、低功耗(功耗僅傳統DRAM的1/3)及低引腳數(引腳數為傳統DRAM的1/3)之特性,能協助提升產品性能、簡化設計且滿足空間限制的要求。



在最高工作頻率1066Mhz運行下,UHS產品之功耗低至62mW,相比於LPDRAM可節省約40%功耗,對於穿戴裝置的續航時間能有顯著的提升。此外,新發表的ULS產品使用較傳統PSRAM更低的 I/O電壓,進一步降低產品功耗,使ULS成為超低功耗記憶體的新選項。另一方面,隨著主晶片製程工藝的演進,主晶片的I/O電壓正逐步降低,UHS/ULS產品無須透過電壓轉換器即可與主晶片連接之特性,搭配其低引腳數之設計,能進而降低設計複雜性及成本。



UHS產品系列中容量64Mb至512Mb之產品及ULS 32Mb產品,皆支援商規(-25°C ~85°C)及工規(-40°C ~105°C)的良品裸晶圓(KGD,Known-Good-Die),並可根據客戶需求,提供客製化的RDL和WLCSP封裝,將產品應用於元件/模組/系統等不同層級的終端產品上。
