愛普科技與新思科技聯手推出可擴展之IoT RAM(QSPI, OPI & HPI PSRAM)記憶體解決方案

近期,愛普更在AI邊緣運算及物聯網應用領域中,成為新興供應商並提供市場相關之記憶體解決方案。愛普科技與新思科技攜手協作,一同為下一世代的IoT應用及IoT裝置推出更優化、可擴展的IOTRAM記憶體解決方案。此解決方案可在愛普科技的IoT RAM產品與新思科技的DesignWare® Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI) IP的整合實現驗證之互通性(interoperability)。新思科技的DesignWare IP產品組合,可支援應用於IoT及移動裝置等應用之記憶體,使其具高頻寬、低遲延之優良效能。愛普科技與新思科技將於未來之合作中持續優化設計,提供市場更低耗能、低引腳數的記憶體解決方案,例如1.2V I/O IoT RAM (OPI and HPI),以及AIoT RAM (15pins – 2.1GB/s)。針對AI邊緣運算場景及應用,愛普科技的AIoT RAM可支援IoT RAM的低引腳數規格,並具備高頻寬(約五倍之頻寬)及低功率等優點。



建立在愛普科技PSRAM產品之各種優勢特徵上,愛普科技的IoT RAM產品亦具備了低引腳數、低功耗以及高頻寬等各種規格之選擇,可滿足物聯網和移動裝置對功耗和晶片大小的限制。新思科技的DesignWare SSI IP將使設計者與開發者可最大化地發揮愛普科技IoT RAM產品線的最大潛力。愛普科技的可擴展IoT RAM產品線,其規格選擇從QSPI (6~7 pins – 72MB/s~166MB/s)到業界熟悉的OPI (11 pins – 500MB/s)至最先進的HPI (20pins – 1GB/s) PSRAMs。
