    關於 LPDDR

    愛普科技的LPDDR是根據JEDEC標準規範開發的產品線，提供LPDDR2、LPDDR3等產品。這些低功耗動態隨機存取記憶體（LPDDR）系列產品適用於物聯網（IoT）和人工智慧（AI）等應用領域。

    主要特性

    • 低功耗：與標準 DRAM 相比，LPDDR藉由部分區域自行刷新(PASR, Partial Array Sel-Refresh)、自動溫度補償 (ATCSR)、深度睡眠模式(Deep Power Down)等特定功能， 產品的功耗可以顯著降低，延長產品電池壽命。
    • 小尺寸：相較於標準DRAM，LPDDR 的模組尺寸更小，非常適用於空間有限的智慧型手機、平板電腦。
    • 寬溫度範圍支援：LPDDR 可以支援 -40°C 至 105°C 的溫度。
