    IoTRAM™ 中的Low Voltage OPI/HPI系列是PSRAM系列產品之一，PSRAM本身擁有雙電壓(1.8v/1.2v)設計，相對於單電壓1.8V OPI/HPI PSRAM，1.2V核心電壓與I/O電壓能夠大幅降低：


    (1)56%與SOC 傳輸資料所產生的功耗

    (2)>30%使用PSRAM本身產生的功耗
