IoTRAMTM 中的 QSPI(Quad Serial Peripheral Interface) PSRAM產品,擁有兼容QSPI flash的協定,使用者僅需修改軟體就可替換使用。除了低引腳數的特性,產品擁有通用的SPI序列式接口介面,可讓使用者自由選擇SPI 單線I/O輸出入或是Quad-I/O SPI四線輸出入模式來提供更高的效能。
